Annually, the West Raleigh Alliance releases a report regarding transportation and transit-related projects that impact the district. This report is generally released during Q1 each year.
2025 Report
As of February 2025, there were 10 projects in various stages of development and construction within the district. The projects represented an estimated investment of over $936 million in the district.
