The West Raleigh Alliance produces several reports throughout the year to spotlight work in and around the district.
Development Reports
The 2024 Development Projects Summary, released under the BRCA, highlights the status of development projects in the district. Since 2019, 24 projects have been completed with three projects currently under construction and 15 more proposed.
Transportation Reports
The 2025 Transportation & Transit Report, released under the BRCA, highlights the status of transit-related projects in the district. As of February 2025, there were 10 projects in various stages of development & completion, estimated at a $936 million investment
Specialty Reports
In the spring of 2019, a trio of graduate students from UNC’s Department of City and Regional Planning researched the potential for affordable housing in West Raleigh. The project resulted in nine recommendations for the district.
